The Damond Motorsports Stage 2 Oil Catch Can Kits are an optimal upgrade to an existing Stage 1 OCC kit. The DM Stage 2 OCC kits are intended for customers running a Stage 1 OCC kit, and who are looking to further reduce crankcase pressure, blow by from the valve cover PCV port, or both. With the Stage 2 OCC kits there are a variety of PCV routing options you can choose from, to pick which option will best suit your engine's PCV needs.
If you already have a VTA kit with your current Stage 1 OCC kit, you can use it on your Stage 2 OCC kit.
In these diagrams, the routing for the Stage 1 OCC kit is in black and the Stage 2 OCC kit is in green. Routes 2, 3, and 4 all require a PCV plate, the Damond Motorsports PCV plate is available here. Route 1:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to the valve cover to intake tube.
Included in your kit:
- 1 x DM OCC VTA
- 5 x feet of high quality hose(colors: Black, Blue, or Red)
- 1 x 5/8" barb to 3/8"NPT elbow fitting, to connect to certain intakes
- 1 x 5/8" barb plastic elbow, to connect to certain intakes
- 4 x hose clamps
- 1 x Location 1 and Dual OCC mounting bracket and hardware
- 6 x zip ties
Route 2:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to the valve cover and PCV plate port, to vent excess crankcase pressure and capture additional blow-by from the valve cover. Note: This route allows un-measured air flow under vacuum, additional tuning is required.
Included in your kit:
- 1 x DM OCC vented
- 5 x feet of high quality hose(colors: Black, Blue, or Red)
- 1 x low-pressure in-line check valve with 5/8" barb straight fittings
- 1 x 3/8"NPT plug fitting, to plug certain intakes
- 1 x 5/8" barb plastic elbow with 5/8" barb cap, to cap off certain intakes
- 7 x hose clamps
- 1 x Location 1 and Dual OCC mounting bracket and hardware
- 6 x zip ties
Route 3:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to both PCV plate ports, to vent excess crankcase pressure and capture additional blow-by. Note: This route requires a DM PCV Plate.
Included in your kit:
- 1 x DM OCC with VTA kit
- 5 x feet of high quality hose(colors: Black, Blue, or Red)
- 4 x hose clamps
- 1 x Location 1 and Dual OCC mounting bracket and hardware
- 6 x zip ties
Route 4:
Stage 1 OCC kit connects to the PCV valve and intake manifold port. Stage 2 OCC kit connects to the PCV plate port, valve cover, and intake tube, to vent excess crankcase pressure and capture additional blow-by from the valve cover. Additional vent valve for the PCV plate port, to vent any excess pressure that the system cannot evacuate quick enough. Note: This route requires a DM PCV Plate.

- 1 x DM OCC with VTA kit
- 8 x feet of high quality hose(colors: Black, Blue, or Red)
- 1 x low-pressure in-line check valve with 5/8" barb straight fittings
- 1 x 1 psi vent valve and filter
- 1 x 5/8" barb T fitting
- 1 x 5/8" barb to 3/8"NPT elbow fitting, to connect to certain intakes
- 1 x 5/8" barb plastic elbow, to connect to certain intakes
- 10 x hose clamps
- 1 x Location 1 and Dual OCC mounting bracket and hardware
- 10 x zip ties
