Some manufacturers of aluminum radiators specify how many BTUs their radiators are capable of shedding. AWR Racing does not perform BTU differential tests because it is impossible to make an accurate comparison due to all of the uncontrollable variables invloved. Please refer to the following article for further detail: http://www.awrracing.com/pages/btu.html

We also offer the Stant radiator cap for an additional $29. The stock radiator cap can be used, but it is not recommended for high performance events. The Stant high pressure racing radiator cap holds 21-25 lbs operating pressure, allowing slightly higher temps without boiling over. This is highly recommended!

Radiators may be built to order depending on availability. Radiators that are built to order my take up to 6 to 8 weeks to ship from the time the order is placed.

WARNING: Zerex Supercleaner from Valvoline may corrode AWR Racing radiators. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to avoid using this or similar products to clean aluminum radiators made by AWR.
